Testing  Program

Being an owner operator can present numerous challenges. Instead of having a team to assist you, you’re mostly on your own to get things done, including remaining DOT compliant. Our owner operator drug and alcohol testing consortium gives you the peace of mind that you have a support team that will handle your random drug testing and has a package that is right for you.

• We provide DOT regulated drug testing with urine specimen collection, SAMHSA certified lab services and Medical Review Officer (MRO) services. Alcohol testing is provided with a NHTSA approved Evidential Breath Testing (EBT) device.
• Self-employed drivers / owner-operators shall be enrolled into our consortium for random testing at rates mandated by applicable DOT agency regulations.
• The owner-operator annual fee for random testing consortium renews each January, all TPA consortium testing pools are based on a calendar year.
• We shall maintain records demonstrating Owner-operator’s participation in the Consortium and to provide Owner-operator with these records within two business days of request.
• We will submit and query the FMCSA Clearinghouse on your behalf.
• In the event of an audit of the Owner-operator’s drug and alcohol testing program, we shall provide assistance that includes phone consultation and assistance to provide all necessary information for the audit.
